David Bui

David Bui is an experienced finance and operations leader with a robust background in technology and investment banking. Currently serving as an Investor at a private technology company and as the Head of Finance & Operations at Rocket Lawyer since 2013, David has demonstrated expertise in financial services and online legal solutions. David has also held investment roles at Saleschase, focusing on marketing and sales software for global eCommerce. Previous positions include GM/Global Head of Search Integration & Syndication at Yahoo!, where David managed a $1B+ affiliate search business, and various leadership roles at Yahoo! from 2002 to 2011, overseeing corporate finance and global operations. David's early career includes positions as an investment banker at Epoch Partners (Goldman Sachs) and Merrill Lynch. David holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
