Siti Hajerah has a diverse and extensive work experience. Siti started their career in 2016 as a Broadcaster at Madama Radio, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they also worked as a Public Relations and Social Media employee at Arizona Sports and Entertainment Commission for a brief period of two months.

In 2019, Siti joined Northeast Valley News as a News Reporter, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in news reporting and writing.

In 2020, Siti worked as an Assistant to the Director of the Constituents at The Office of the U.S. Congressman Greg Stanton, gaining valuable insight into government operations.

From 2020 to 2023, Siti worked at Mars as a Communication Coordinator. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing communication strategies, writing and editing content for various communication materials, and enhancing internal and external communication efforts.

Most recently, Siti joined SalesEra in 2023 as a Human Resources Recruiter.

Siti Hajerah's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) in Makassar, Indonesia. Siti pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and completed their studies in 2017.

In 2019, Siti Hajerah enrolled at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona, United States, where they studied Journalism. Siti obtained a Diploma of Education in this field in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Siti Hajerah has obtained various certifications and honors. Siti received the Spirit of Service Award from Scottsdale Community College in June 2021 and the Chancellor's Civic Leadership Medallion from Maricopa Community Colleges in May 2021. In December 2019, Siti Hajerah achieved a Certificate of Achievement for achieving a GPA of 4.0 or above in the Fall 2019 Semester from Northern Virginia Community College. Siti also obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Finding and Completing an Experiential Learning Opportunities during the Fall 2019 Semester from the same institution.

Further certifications include participating in the International Education Week at Scottsdale Community College in November 2019 and attending the Global Leadership Retreat in the same year at Maricopa Community Colleges. In October 2019, Siti Hajerah received an Honorable Mention for the Phoenix Intergenerational Model UN Conference from Phoenix College. Siti also had an International Presentation for Future Global Leaders through the Scottsdale Sister Cities Association in August 2019.

Prior to their college education, Siti Hajerah was involved in various volunteer and extracurricular activities. Siti volunteered as part of the Volunteer Gapura 2015 program with Google, served on the Committee of the Indonesia Marketeers Festival 2015 organized by Marketeers, and participated in the Gerakan Sejuta Relawan Pemilihan Umum by the Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia in October 2014. Siti received the Best Dilligent Student award from the Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA) and served as an N1 adjudicator for Hasanuddin British Parliamentary in June 2014. In February 2014, Siti Hajerah was part of the Committee for the Perisai English Contest organized by Universitas Hasanuddin. Finally, they represented Qatar in the Makassar Model United Nations conference in December 2013.
