Christine Tsang

Christine Tsang is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global compensation and employee success. Currently serving as VP of Global Total Rewards at Salesforce since February 2019, Christine led the HR Business Partner team supporting G&A functions and acted as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Tesla as Global Head of Compensation and various roles at Salesforce, including Senior Director of Executive & Equity Compensation. Christine's career began at Volvo Trucks France as an HR Generalist and progressed through various roles at Oracle and Siebel Systems, demonstrating a strong background in compensation strategy and employee relations. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
