Chihiro Yamauchi

Chihiro Yamauchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate enablement and business operations. Currently serving as Director of the Corporate Program Enablement Team at Salesforce since October 2015, Chihiro focuses on designing onboarding journeys for managers, new hires, and new graduates while planning and delivering company-wide onboarding programs. Prior to Salesforce, Chihiro worked at Mercer from September 2004 to September 2015, advancing from Associate Consultant, where involvement included strategic HR projects, to Business Operation & LOB Leader Secretary, executing global business analyses and executive secretarial tasks. Chihiro's career began at ABeam Consulting as an Associate, specializing in SAP implementation for manufacturing and HR. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tsuda College and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
