Erica Swainson

Erica Swainson is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in commercial and procurement law, currently serving as Senior Director for Commercial, Marketing, and Procurement Legal Strategic Projects at Salesforce since October 2017. Prior roles at Salesforce include Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating Master Subscription Agreements and other contractual documents within the health and life sciences sectors. Prior to Salesforce, Erica held the position of Senior Counsel at CA Technologies, focusing on licensing, SaaS agreements, and acquisition integrations, along with serving as Counsel for software engineering groups. Additional experience includes a Law Clerk position at the State's Attorney's Office in Cook County and roles at DePaul University College of Law and RegTec, LLC. Erica Swainson holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from New York University.
