Howard Chen

Howard Chen is an accomplished digital marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing at Salesforce since March 2016, Howard has previously held multiple positions within Salesforce, including Senior Manager and AppExchange Marketing Manager. Prior to Salesforce, Howard worked at BusinessOnline for nearly eight years, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing media strategies, and increasing client engagement through social media. In addition to a solid foundation in digital marketing, Howard has contributed to philanthropic efforts as VP of Marketing Strategy at Philanthro Productions and has a background in research at The Virtual Reality Medical Center. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology and a Professional Certificate in Marketing from UC San Diego.
