Jonell Furman

JoNell Furman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, leadership, and philanthropy within the tech and media industries. Currently serving as the Communications Chair of Salesforce Parents & Families in Atlanta from February 2024 to June 2025, JoNell advocates for the needs of working parents and caregivers. Previously held senior roles at Salesforce, including Senior Manager of Customer Success for Comms & Media and Vice President of the Salesforce Women's Network in Atlanta, focusing on strategic partnerships and women's empowerment. JoNell's earlier experience includes leadership positions at First Advantage, Primedia Group, AT&T, and Time Warner Cable, demonstrating a strong background in diversity, inclusion, and client management. In addition, JoNell is actively engaged in professional development through Salesforce's Trailhead program, having achieved Triple Ranger and Ranger designations.
