Karen Poncina

Karen Poncina, PMP, SSM, SDP, is a seasoned professional in technical program and project management with extensive experience in the government and IT sectors. Currently serving as Senior Technical Program Manager for GovCloud at Salesforce since March 2021, Karen previously held significant roles at CACI International Inc., OST, Inc., and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing large-scale projects and leading teams across various initiatives, including the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program and the FAA Enterprise Program Management Service. Karen has a proven track record in managing complex integrations, service delivery processes, and stakeholder communications, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Idaho.
