Maria Jose Espejo

Maria Jose Espejo is an accomplished sales enablement leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director, Enablement Business Partner Central & South EMEA at Salesforce, Maria Jose also contributes to the Sales Enablement Collective and leads the Madrid Chapter of WiSE, promoting professional development in sales enablement. Prior to these roles, Maria Jose held significant positions at Celonis, where responsibilities included leading global sales enablement efforts, and at Gartner, where leadership of diverse sales teams and strategic account management were key. Previous experience also includes leadership roles at Morse and IBM, focusing on multi-industry sales and business development. Maria Jose holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
