Monika S. has extensive experience in human resources and employee success, currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Success Business Partner for Salesforce since May 2021, focusing on Tableau and Mulesoft's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Salesforce, Monika held various HR roles at U.S. Bank from 2013 to 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner for Global Corporate Functions. Monika's earlier career includes positions in HR training and development at U.S. Bank and FBOP Corporation. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
