Nicholas Sweers

Nick Sweers currently serves as Sr. Director of Digital Customer Success at Salesforce, a position held since June 2019, with previous roles at the company including Director of Digital Customer Support and Director of Knowledge. Prior to Salesforce, Nick held the position of Sr. Manager of Knowledge at Expedia, Inc. from December 2014 to May 2019. Nick's experience also includes roles at Amazon as Manager of Information Architecture and Information Architect, from September 2011 to November 2014, and as Information Architect at REI from August 2010 to August 2011. Nick holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
