Owen Adams

Owen Adams has over 25 years of experience in IT asset management and support services, currently serving as Director of Hardware Asset Management at Salesforce since July 2015. Prior roles at Salesforce included Senior Manager of IT Asset Management and Sr. Manager of System Specialists. Prior to Salesforce, Owen held various positions at Hewlett-Packard from September 2010 to July 2015, including Desktop Delivery Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and overseeing a team of 15 direct reports. Owen's career began at Con-way Enterprise Services, where roles spanned IT Manager, Network Support Supervisor, and Desktop Services Technician, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT support and operations.
