Ramya Subramanian

Ramya Subramanian is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Salesforce since August 2024, Ramya previously held the role of Engineering Leader for Checkout Experience at Swiggy from May 2022 to May 2024, focusing on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and utilizing Apache Kafka among other skills. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Engineering Manager for the Privacy Platform at Walmart Global Tech India, where responsibilities centered around SDLC and a range of technical skills. At PayPal, Ramya was the Lead for the PayPal Credit Payment Platform and led a team on the Global Pay Later project. Early in the career, Ramya worked as a Senior Engineer at Aricent Group, contributing to automation framework design and development pipelines. Ramya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from PSG College of Technology.
