Sue Downer

Sue Downer is an accomplished sales enablement leader with extensive experience in sales training and development across multiple technology organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement at Salesforce since January 2020, Sue has spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance and employee development. Prior to Salesforce, Sue held the position of Senior Director of Sales Enablement at Cvent, where leadership of a twelve-person team focused on innovation and competency learning plans resulted in significant improvements across the global sales team. At Oracle, Sue contributed as Senior Director for various global programs, impacting thousands of sales representatives through targeted onboarding and learning initiatives. With a career starting at Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Sue has developed a strong foundation in consultative skills and management, supported by a BBA in Information Systems from James Madison University and an MBA in Information Technology from George Mason University.
