Yashal Vagadia started their work experience in 2017 as a Customer Support Executive at TTEC. They then moved on to become a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at TTEC in 2018. In 2018, Yashal joined Etech Global Services as a Customer Experience Specialist. In 2019, they joined SalesHandy as a Sr. Sales & Success Executive and later progressed to become a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, Yashal took on the role of Customer Success Lead at SalesHandy, and in 2023, they became the Head of Customer Success at the same company.

Yashal Vagadia completed their Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) between 2013 and 2017.
