Arthur Schwartz, PCC has over 30 years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, training, and public speaking. Arthur began their career in 1987 as the Founder of Accelerant Coaching & Training, where they specialized in revenue acceleration, sales enablement, presentation coaching, and training. In 1997, they became the Vice President of Training & Education for Proven Results/SupraLife, a $20 million national manufacturer and seller of supplements and health food products. During their time there, they designed and facilitated a sales & marketing training program for distributors, augmenting telephone and home-based sales by over 50%.

In 1999, Arthur became the President of Company Coach, a technology-based marketing & sales coaching company which improved clients' business development and sales revenue. Arthur was also a national reseller of customized software services for the Sant Corporation, and was named Sant's #2 Value-Added Reseller (VAR) worldwide based on outstanding sales results and augmented client base.

In 2006, Arthur became the Sales Training Manager for AMN HeathCare, a $750 million national provider of comprehensive healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. Arthur established and developed an internal sales training department that delivered a customized sales training curriculum across the sales enterprise nationwide, and created a new onboarding program that resulted in the acceleration of new hire productivity and generated $12 million in revenue within a 12-month period.

In 2009, Arthur founded Techno Power Marketing, a technology-based marketing & sales coaching company. Under an extended in-house contract, they worked hands-on to drive performance by the sales team and increased sales revenues by over 10% in 6 months through an innovative, real-time coaching approach.

In 2012, Arthur became the Associate Director of Network Development for American Specialty Health. Arthur lead and managed a team responsible for driving the growth and expansion of ASH practitioner groups, and lead growth strategy, planning, forecasting, and delivery of results in a highly accountable sales environment with monthly goals, quotas and reporting through dashboards and presentations directly to business-to-business clients worth millions in revenue.

In 2014, they became the CEO Coach & Business Development Partner for Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Arthur coached Chairs on their Executive Presence in front of a group of CEOs, which resulted in the successful launch of their peer advisory groups. This process supported Chairs through intensive weekly coaching, including problem-solving, skill-building, sales & marketing, and professional development.

In 2019, Arthur became a SalesHood Certified - Sales Enablement Coach for Saleshood, and a Facilitator for Renaissance Executive Forums.

Arthur Schwartz, PCC's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the State University of New York College at Cortland, obtained between 1974 and 1978. Arthur also attended Fallsburgh High between 1970 and 1974. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained an Associate Certified Coach from Coachu in the field of Professional Coaching. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach from the Goal Imagery Institute in the fields of Certified Professional Coach, Leadership, and Business Development Coaching. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in April 2017. Finally, in March 2020, they obtained the SalesHood Expert Certified from SalesHood.
