Aaron Towers is a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in the technology and SaaS sectors. Currently at Salesloft since March 2024, following the acquisition of Drift, Aaron previously held the same title at Drift from March 2022. Prior to these roles, Aaron served as Senior Customer Success Manager at Silktide, where expertise in website improvement software was developed. The career also includes significant positions at Vincere.io as Senior Customer Success Manager, Purple WiFi as Global Customer Success Manager, Vee24 as Customer Success Manager, and Frazer John Recruitment in sales and marketing roles.
