Candace (Farrer) Schackel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Candace started their professional career as an Internal Audit Intern at Protiviti in 2013. Candace then transitioned to a role as a Business Process Consultant at Protiviti from June 2014 to March 2016. During this time, they also served as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist, leading recruitment initiatives and partnering with various stakeholders to attract top student talent.

In 2018, Candace joined Talent Solvers as an Account Manager, where they worked closely with the executive team to fulfill hiring needs for a Fortune 500 customer account across multiple branches.

Candace'smost recent position is with Salesloft, starting in 2019. Candace initially joined as a Sales & Customer Success Recruiter, responsible for hiring more than 75 employees across different roles in the revenue department. Candace earned a promotion to take on additional responsibilities for Customer Success hiring and supporting Professional Services while still collaborating with the Sales team. As a Customer Success Manager, they engaged with key customer stakeholders, driving adoption and optimization, managing a portfolio of 57 commercial accounts with a total ARR of $3.1 million. Candace later became a Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, before their current role as a Manager, Customer Success, which they started in February 2022. In this role, they are leading a team and driving customer success for Salesloft's clients.

Candace (Farrer) Schackel pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, completing their education between 2010 and 2014.
