Gina Maisano

Gina Maisano is currently a Revenue Recruiter at SalesLoft. Prior to that, they were with ACV Auctions for 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Gina was responsible for assisting the HR Department during 2 large acquisitions and proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates while partnering with HR Partners though out the selection process. Gina also collaborated with the large talent organization and successfully leveraged relationships with College Campuses to create pipelines for future positions. Gina supported in the integration of a new applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, for the company and trained employees on it bi-weekly during new-hire orientation. In addition, they processed background checks, I9s, unemployment documents during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Gina was also part of a team that process mapped the on-boarding process of new employees, internal interview-ing, internal promotions. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting, hiring manager communication, job description preparation/posting, submit can dates, relationship management, issue resolution, setting process/ procedural expectations, coordinating with on-boarding team. In their 24 months with ACV Auctions, Gina hired approx. 450 employees.
