Hannah Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hannah began their career as an Intern/Jr. Analyst at Nielsen in 2012, where they supported analysts and managers with various projects in the Beverages/Alcohol department. Hannah then worked as an Intern/Social Media Administrator/Personal Stylist at Fab'rik Dunwoody in 2013, overseeing social media activity and carrying out retail associate functions.

In 2014, Hannah joined Atlantahobby.com as a Marketing Assistant, responsible for inventory management, market research, and compiling reports for the executive team. Hannah also worked as an Account Manager at InComm during the same year, managing client accounts.

From 2016 to 2019, Hannah worked at Merchant e-Solutions, first as a Partner Development Manager and later as a Sr. Partner Account Manager. In these roles, they focused on partner relationships and account management.

In 2019, Hannah joined SalesLoft as a Customer Success Manager, where they helped sales teams drive more revenue through the company's sales engagement platform. Hannah was later promoted to Customer Success Team Lead in 2020 and then became a Manager, Customer Success in 2021.

Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated their skills in customer success, account management, marketing, and social media management. Hannah has a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving revenue and delivering excellent customer service.

Hannah Jones completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing at Valdosta State University from 2009 to 2011. Hannah further pursued their education at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from 2012 to 2014.
