Kaitlin Kitchens is currently the Director of Account Management at SalesLoft. Prior to this, they were an account manager at Salesloft from February 2020 to November 2021 and an account executive at Paycom from January 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they were an outside sales representative at Staples from January 2018 to December 2019.

Kaitlin has extensive experience in sales and account management, and has a proven track record of success in connecting companies with industry-leading HR technology. Kaitlin is passionate about helping businesses streamline their employment processes and improve their overall employee engagement.

Kaitlin Kitchens has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Data & Analytics from LSU Shreveport. Kaitlin also has certification from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers and certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in Data Modeling.

Kaitlin Kitchens reports to Steve Goldberg, Chief Revenue Officer. They are on a team with Natasha Evans - Director, Global Customer Programs & EMEA Customer Success, Kristin Myros - Director, Strategic Accounts, and Kipp Yates - Sales Engagement Advisor.
