Robin Silke

Robin Silke has a diverse work experience in the sales and business development field. Starting in 2017, they worked at SiteMinder, where they began as a Sales Development Representative and were later promoted to Business Development - South Africa. During their time at SiteMinder, they worked remotely from Malaga, Spain for 9 months in 2019. In 2020, they joined Top Hat as a Strategic Key Account Executive, responsible for selling Top Hat's SaaS platform and applications to universities and colleges in the mid-west of the USA. They then moved on to DocuSign in 2021 as an Enterprise Business Development Manager, where they were part of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud team. In 2022, they joined Flexport as the Manager of Sales Development Representatives, where they were responsible for hiring, leading, and mentoring sales talent to qualify and deliver leads. Currently, Robin is working at Salesloft as the Manager of Business Development Representatives, overseeing 8 BDRs and focusing on optimizing outbound processes in the UK market.

Robin Silke obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology and History from the University of Galway, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. They later pursued a Master's Degree in International Management at the same university from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Robin Silke obtained a certification called the Kick Start Coaching Badge in September 2015, although the institution that provided this certification is unspecified.
