Stephen Sper

Stephen Sper has extensive work experience in the software engineering and technology industry. Stephen is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Salesloft, a leading sales engagement platform. In their role, they are responsible for managing software engineers and engineering managers, overseeing the development of Salesloft's Conversation Intelligence product, and promoting technical excellence through the Engineering Mentorship program. Prior to this, Stephen served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager at Salesloft, where they played a crucial role in growing the software development team and ensuring a strong organizational culture in both the US and Mexico.

Before joining Salesloft, Stephen worked as a Software Development Manager at 4PatientCare, a SaaS company focused on improving the patient and practice experience in healthcare. Stephen also served as a Partner and Head of Operations at Syntric, where they implemented technical and strategic solutions for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Stephen's diverse experience also includes working as a Freelance Consultant, where they specialized in crowdfunding, grassroots engagement, digital content creation, web development, and strategy. Stephen has also worked as a Consultant at Vodori Inc and as an Associate Consultant at The Revere Group.

Stephen began their career as a Mobile Systems Development Intern at Gordon Food Service, where they supported and enhanced custom in-house software for the sales force. Stephen also worked as a Videographer at Mount Hermon, producing and editing videos for an adventure summer camp.
