Tristram Gillen has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tristram started their career as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Hamilton College from September 2003 to May 2005.

In 2006, they joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as a Sales Representative for a brief period of nine months.

In 2015, Tristram joined LinkedIn as a Sr. Customer Success Manager - Global Accounts and later transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Consultant. In these positions, they focused on enabling customer success, leading change management, and providing business consulting to help clients optimize their performance using LinkedIn solutions.

In 2018, Tristram joined Dynamic Signal as a Customer Success Executive, where they helped build the enterprise customer success function on the east coast. Tristram utilized data analysis to provide actionable insights to clients and played a significant role in standardizing the business review process and developing industry benchmarks.

Most recently, Tristram has been working at Salesloft since 2019, initially as a Sr. Manager, Customer Success and currently as the Director, Enterprise Customer Success.
