Wade Hundley

Wade Hundley has extensive work experience in the fields of software engineering and development management. Wade currently holds the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Salesloft since August 2021.

Before joining Salesloft, they worked at Acoustic for six years from 2015 to 2021, where they served as the Senior Development Manager. In this role, Wade oversaw the development of a SaaS platform used for marketing automation, leading multiple remote engineering teams and guiding them through several product releases utilizing Agile practices.

Prior to Acoustic, Wade worked at Altisource Labs as the Director of Software Engineering from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they led an internationally distributed engineering team focused on developing complex scalable solutions for financial applications in a big data environment. Wade also played a key role in evangelizing architecture and product vision to executive, business, and development teams, as well as leading the transition of ideas into product development teams.

From 2009 to 2014, Wade served as the Vice President of R&D at Ipswitch, Inc. During their tenure, they led distributed teams involved in the development of network management and monitoring software. Wade was responsible for overseeing the software development process, providing routine metrics and updates to executive leadership, and driving continuous improvement.

Wade's work history also includes roles at Leica Geosystems (formerly ERDAS) from 1991 to 2009. Wade held various positions within the company, including Director of Visualization, Director of Enterprise Products, Director of Engineering, Manager of Software Development, and Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, they led teams, oversaw multiple product releases, implemented agile processes, and contributed to technology selection and implementations.

Wade Hundley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University. Wade also participated in the Leica Development Pool, a management training program in Switzerland, and received certifications in various areas.
