Ankit Jain

Ankit Jain began their career in 2006 as a Sr. Team Member at Bank of America. In 2008, they joined Motorola Mobility as an Analyst, and then in 2009 they moved to Genpact as a Process Developer. In 2010, they joined d.light as a Sales Operations Specialist and was responsible for being a face of D. light to customers and dedicated to a quality experience for the customer. In 2015, they joined SalezShark as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for management and coordination of overall operations, SLA delivery, quality and general administration across all processes. Ankit was also responsible for planning, shaping the work environment, developing and leading scalable and efficient pricing algorithms, timely execution, and augmenting accuracy and efficiency of processes for ensuring business overall competitiveness.

Ankit Jain completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College - Delhi University between 2003 and 2005, majoring in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
