Caroline Storr is an experienced professional in heritage management, community engagement, and business development. Currently serving as Manager Strategy Operations and Engagement Manager at Rochdale Borough Council since May 2021, Caroline is instrumental in the restoration of Rochdale's Grade 1 listed Town Hall, funded by the NLHF and the council. As a Trustee and Business Development Manager at High Peak Community Arts Limited since December 2016, Caroline oversees business development and marketing for the charity.
