Erica Southern

Erica Southern has a diverse work experience. Erica started their career as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Eisenhower Golf Course in 2010, where they provided excellent customer service and managed inventory. In 2013, they joined Nordstrom Rack as an Assistant Cosmetic Department Manager, responsible for coaching and developing employees. Erica later became the Department Manager Accessories & Shoes. In 2015, Erica became an Associate Agent at Nationwide Insurance, specializing in auto, homeowners, power sports, and life insurance. Currently, they work as a Senior Business Analyst Team Lead at Salient CRGT.

Erica Southern earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2010 to 2012.
