Kathy Hommas

Kathy Hommas, PHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Manager at Salient CRGT since September 2015 and has held the position of HR Director at CRGT, Inc. since its acquisition of Johnston McLamb in October 2010. Prior to this, Kathy was the HR Director at Johnston McLamb from April 2005 to October 2012 and served as the HR Manager at Information Analysis, Inc. from 1995 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing all functions of the Human Resources Department and overseeing employee benefits. Kathy possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across various staff levels. Educational background includes studies at Loretto Heights University.
