Matthew Kushner

Regional Sales Manager - New England - Eastern Canada at Salient Systems

Matthew Kushner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew started their career in 1999 at Alantic Alarm Inc. as an Installation Technician and Sales Administrative Assistant, where they excelled in providing in-home security system installations and technical support services. Matthew also demonstrated excellent customer service skills during in-home installations and service calls.

In 2007, Matthew joined Ablaze as an IT/Loss Prevention Manager, where they protected company assets by effectively managing the LP system and providing accurate reports and analyses. Matthew also took on a leadership role by conducting training and assisting employees in the implementation of new retail LP system software.

In 2012, Matthew joined Denimrack as an IT/Loss Prevention Manager. Here, they showcased a clear understanding of utilizing LP systems for accurate reporting and analysis of inventories, audits, and theft investigations. Matthew minimized company losses by identifying trends negatively impacting the company and addressing internal theft issues. Additionally, Matthew strengthened the company's information technology systems by implementing, training, and maintaining 3xLOGIC's Vigil Trends software.

Matthew's next career move was in 2015 when they joined 3xLOGIC as a Regional Sales Manager. Matthew assisted with the development of the Stanley Sonitrol corporate stores and the Sonitrol franchisee network sales channels. Matthew collaborated closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams on Sonitrol branded product launches.

In 2023, Matthew joined Salient Systems as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for New England and Eastern Canada.

Matthew Kushner received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in 2003. Matthew then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Mount Washington College, completing their studies in 2009.
