Hoàng Phương Thảo

Hoàng Phương Thảo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing & Revenue at Salinda Resort Phu Quoc Island since April 2016, Hoàng has previously held key positions at Minor Hotel Group as Cluster Revenue Manager and Cluster Senior Sales Manager, managing several prestigious resorts. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, as well as various positions within Hilton Worldwide and other hotels. Hoàng's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Business Administration from UQAM, a Postgraduate degree in Hotel Operations Management from Swiss Hotel Management School, and a BA in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences & Humanities in Vietnam, complemented by several specialized certificates in hospitality management.
