Anna McCalpin, Ph.D., is an accomplished leader in instructional design and development with extensive experience across various educational and corporate settings. As the Director of Instructional Design & Development at Chegg Inc., Anna manages a team of 60 professionals, creating innovative learning experiences for over 15,000 learners. Previously, Anna served as the Director of Instructional Design at Ardent, designing over 50 learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. In addition, Anna has contributed to behavioral science initiatives at Salley and has a background in organizational effectiveness at Kellogg Company. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Behavior Management, a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, all from Western Michigan University.
