Joe Neal

Joe Neal has over 19 years of work experience in various roles related to data communications, network engineering, and network design. Joe is currently working as a Principal Architect at Sallie Mae since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Consulting Systems Engineer at World Wide Technology from February 2017 to October 2019. Joe also served as a Senior Manager of Data Communications at Navient from April 2014 to February 2017 and at Sallie Mae from April 2008 to April 2014. Before that, they were a Senior Network Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from September 2005 to April 2008. Joe also had experience as an Operational Network Lead at Edgepoint Technologies, Inc. from October 2004 to September 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Network Design Specialist at Perot Systems - Healthcare Division from September 2003 to October 2004. Joe'searly experience includes working as a Network Engineer at ON Semiconductor from May 2000 to September 2003.
