Chip Molloy

Chip Molloy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Black Rifle Coffee Company and PetValu Canada while also holding a similar position at Sally Beauty. Retired from C-suite roles since January 2024, Chip Molloy was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Sprouts Farmers Market until January 2024, as well as having served as Board Director and Interim CEO at Torrid from January 2018 to May 2021. Additional experience includes roles as EVP and CFO at Under Armour and PetSmart, and Senior Advisor at Roark Capital Group. A distinguished professional, Chip Molloy was recognized as the Institutional Investor CFO of the Year for Specialty Retail in 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
