Courtney Atherholt

Courtney Atherholt is an experienced buyer and merchandiser with a strong background in retail and eCommerce. Currently serving as a Buyer at Salon Republic since February 2019, Courtney manages merchandise assortments for 11 beauty supply stores and oversees an annual budget exceeding $1M. Previous roles include Assistant Merchandiser at Laurel & Wolf, where Courtney contributed to significant sales increases and brand development, and Associate Off-Air Merchant at QVC, managing a $24M eCommerce assortment for the Kitchen and Food division. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, Courtney has consistently demonstrated an ability to analyze market trends, optimize inventory, and collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to drive sales.
