Kristine Lupoff

Kristine Lupoff currently serves as Head of Customer Experience at Salsa, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Kristine held various positions at Gusto from September 2016 to November 2023, including roles in Payroll Operations, Tax Resolution, and Customer Care, contributing to Gusto's mission to prioritize people in small business management. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Associate and Project Manager at Integrated Beverage Group, and as a Public Relations Intern at Beuerman Miller Fitzgerald. Kristine also has experience in the service industry and writing, having worked as a bartender at Mellow Mushroom, a barista at PJ's Coffee, and a contributing writer for TravelHost New Orleans. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Loyola University New Orleans, achieved in 2014.
