Chad Emory has extensive experience in management within the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as the Commissary Warehouse/Shipping/Kitchen Manager at Salt and Smoke since June 2021, Chad also holds the role of Commissary Driver/Kitchen Support. Previous roles include Brand Ambassador at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. and New Car Sales Consultant at Dean Team Automotive Group. From 2015 to 2020, Chad worked as an Account Support Specialist at Broda Inc., providing sales support and demonstrating product features through modern technology. In hotel management, Chad has held various executive housekeeping positions at multiple Renaissance properties and was pivotal in the launch of two hotels. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration from Missouri State University and is currently certified in Servsafe.
