Quinn Gerberding has a diverse work experience across various industries. Quinn started their career as a Camp Counselor at the Associated Recreation Council from June 2015 to July 2019. At the University of Washington, from July 2019 to September 2019, they worked as an Event Management Intern, where they led a team in managing sporting events, handling client communication, marketing materials, and processing invoices. In 2021, Quinn joined REI as a Retail Sales Specialist from March 2021 to June 2021. At Saltbox, they started as a Community Operations Associate from August 2021 to January 2022, where they played a crucial role in the Seattle launch, gained sales experience, and became a prominent voice in the building. Currently, Quinn is the Assistant Community Operations Manager at Saltbox, leading a team to ensure business functions and customer experiences are optimized. Quinn has contributed to beating monthly budget goals and significantly increasing occupancy through in-person sales.

Quinn Gerberding attended West Seattle High School from 2013 to 2017, but did not receive a degree or focus on a specific field of study. Following this, Quinn pursued higher education at the University of Oregon from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Sports Business.
