Jason Feller has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jason started their career as a Sports/News Assistant Producer at USA TODAY in 2002 and then worked as a Sports Editor at America Online from 2003 to 2004. After that, they joined The Washington Post as a Sports Producer from 2004 to 2007, where they implemented interactive features and programmed the sports front.
From 2007 to 2011, Jason worked at the National Football League as a Senior Associate Editor, where they played a crucial role in developing the NFL.com Game Center and managed editorial and marketing content for the Game Center portal. Jason also served as a Hollywood Examiner at Examiner.com from 2008 to 2010.
In 2011, Jason became a Digital Marketing Manager at PennySaverUSA.com / Harte-Hanks Shoppers, where they created successful marketing campaigns and implemented a social media strategy that significantly increased the user base. Jason then joined Yahoo! as a Sports Programming Editor from 2012 to 2013, overseeing the sports homepage and managing key category pages.
From 2013 to 2014, Jason worked as the Director of Digital Media for the Times Record News at The E.W. Scripps Company, where they re-invented the newspaper's online content presentation and increased the number of digital subscribers. Jason then joined ZipfWorks from 2014 to 2016, first as a Director of Marketing and later as a Senior Advisory Consultant, where they managed a team of brand ambassadors, established strategic partnerships, and contributed to the growth of Dealspotr.com.
Currently, Jason is with Salted Stone since 2016, where they have held the roles of Lead Strategist and Business Unit Director for the Robles division. As a Lead Strategist, they deliver integrated marketing and sales solutions for clients and provides comprehensive business analysis. In their current role as Business Unit Director, they are responsible for building and maintaining the client roster and driving business development initiatives for the Robles unit.
Jason Feller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from American University between 1999 and 2002. In addition, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in June 2016.
