Rhona Potts

Rhona Potts has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Rhona has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Rhona joined Salted Stone in 2022 as the Global Director of People & Culture. Prior to that, they worked at HBF Health as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Rhona worked at VGW, where they held positions such as People Projects Partner, HR Manager, and Senior HR Advisor. Before that, they worked at Bechtel Corporation as an HR Advisor and Recruitment Manager from 2010 to 2017. Rhona also worked at Randstad as a Senior Recruiter in 2010. Rhona spent some time traveling before joining Randstad, and they started their career at Hill McGlynn as a Recruiter from 2005 to 2008.

Rhona Potts obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2002 to 2005.
