Ali Amjad

Ali Amjad, P.Eng, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Ali started as a Graduate Engineer at Bilfinger UK in 2011 and later worked as an Engineering Intern at Nestlé in 2013. Ali then moved on to work as an Automation & Controls Engineer at Bilfinger UK from 2014 to 2017. Ali then joined NOMAC as a Lead Project Engineer / Technical Advisor in 2017, where they were responsible for implementing an Asset Performance Management project for 26 multi-utility power and water plants. Currently, Ali is the Director of Electrical & Controls Engineering at Saltworks Technologies, where they oversee the department and manages various projects. Ali Amjad, P.Eng, MBA received a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2014. Later, in 2024, Ali completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University.
