Stephanie Krijgsman - Paredes has extensive experience in customer operations across multiple sectors, currently serving as the Customer Operations lead for Europe at Saluda Medical since March 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing processes related to the order to cash flow for various European regions. Previously, at Zimmer Biomet from September 2016 to February 2020, Stephanie held the position of Global Customer Operations Team Lead, overseeing teams in EMEA, managing escalations, training staff, and leading process improvement initiatives. Additional roles include customer operations at Clarks Shoes Benelux & Nordic, as well as various positions in customer service and support across organizations such as D-reizen and T-Mobile Nederland. Education includes qualifications in HRM and social legal assistance from Leiden and Breda University.
