Overall, Nozi has 18 years’ experience in internal auditing, compliance and risk management. She started her career at Thompson & Company as an Accountant and further moved to Statistics SA in a similar role. As of 2002, she began her career in internal auditing leading to her holding the Chief Audit Executive at Sport and Recreation South Africa. Her most recent position was Head of Risk and Compliance for Royal Bafokeng Platinum Mine.

Nozi has extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Risk Management and Strategy, Compliance Management, Financial Management, Ethics Management, Fraud Management as well as policies & processes. She is currently busy with her B.Com Honours in Internal Auditing as well as her MBA.
