Jane Xu

Jane Xu is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior C&B Manager for FERRAGAMO in Asia since August 2023, Jane oversees compensation and benefit management for China and Southeast Asia, along with shared service management. Previously, Jane held the position of OD and Performance Director at Asia Pulp & Paper Co. Ltd. for a brief period and was the Head of C&B Management for Greater China at SWAROVSKI from November 2014 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing C&B strategy and local implementation in collaboration with global teams. Jane's earlier roles include C&B Manager at Beiersdorf, Senior Consultant at Towers Watson, and Project Manager at Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. Jane holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Trade from Northeastern University.
