Following this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of Georgia, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Psychology from 1997 to 2000.

Seeking further specialization in counseling psychology, Dana enrolled at Boston College between 2002 and 2004, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. Dana'sstudies at Boston College focused on Counseling Psychology, providing their with a solid foundation in this field.

After gaining practical experience and exploring their passion for psychology and leadership, Dana decided to pursue an advanced degree in Organizational Leadership.
