Alexander Khval

Alexander Khval has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Alexander is currently working at SaM Solutions as the Head Of Engineering, where they are responsible for managing hierarchical and flat engineering teams, collaborating with customers, and delivering innovative solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Delivery Manager at SaM Solutions, where they led the EPO Cloud transformation and was involved in project budgeting, performance measurement, and risk management. Alexander also worked at the European Patent Office as a Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, and Technical Team Manager, where they focused on modernizing legacy applications and designing search and information retrieval systems. Additionally, Alexander was the Tech Startup Founder at DesignVisit, where they implemented a CAD design collaboration tool. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Project Manager and Software Architect at Itransition and Belhard Group, respectively. Alexander also held roles as a Software Architect and Java Software Engineer at Kyriba and as a Software Engineer at the National Bank of Belarus and Mebius IT. Alexander has extensive experience in project management, software architecture, and team leadership.

Alexander Khval completed their Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Informatics in economics, at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MBA in Project Management from the School of Business and Management of Technology at Belarusian State University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.
