Carolyne Komen

Carolyne Komen is the current Program Director for Sama in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant for Africa Center for Women & ICT where they were responsible for developing and conducting training programs aimed at improving employability prospects for young women living in slums.

Carolyne has extensive experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, material preparation, training delivery, and assessment methods. Carolyne is also skilled in program coordination and stakeholder communication.

Carolyne Komen works with Tim Yandel - VP, Global Sales, Saul Miller - VP of Product Management, and Leon Ouko - Senior Director, Service Delivery. Their manager is Wendy Gonzalez, CEO.
