Aino Kilpiö has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aino is currently the Head of Customer Care at Sambla, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Salus Group Oy as the Head of Customer Care from December 2016 to November 2022.

Aino Kilpiö began their education at Sotungin lukio, where they completed their Matriculation Examination in 1991. Aino then pursued a Master of Science (Tech.) degree in Environmental Protection Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, graduating in 1998. Aino continued their education by undertaking Doctoral Studies in Environmental Protection at Aalto University from 1999 to 2008.
