Ann-Sofi Reims

Ann-Sofi Reims has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. Ann-Sofi currently holds the position of VP, HR at Canatu Oy since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim HR Director at Sambla, where they played a crucial role in integrating HR processes for multiple fintech companies. From 2021 to 2022, Ann-Sofi was the HR Director at Aktia, overseeing various functions such as building a new HR team and improving employee experience during the integration with Taaleri. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at Taaleri Oyj for almost seven years, during which they implemented necessary modifications in HR processes to accommodate the company's rapid growth and international expansion. Ann-Sofi also gained experience as an HR Consultant at HR4 Solutions Oy and Trainers' House, and as a Manager of Corporate Fundraising at UNICEF Finland.

Ann-Sofi Reims completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, starting in 1988 and graduating in 1994.
