Head of customer success department at Samdock

Faisal Malik began their career in 2017 as a Guest Speaker at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Berlin, Germany. In 2018, they founded Tabeer Welfare Initiative. In 2020, they joined Sentryc GmbH as a Customer Success Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2022, they became the Head of Customer Success Department at Samdock GmbH and the Head Of Marketing at Matrix Lions.

Faisal Malik has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from RWTH Aachen University, which they are currently pursuing. Prior to this, they attended an Intensive German Language Course from the Eurasia Institute Berlin from 2016 to 2017. Faisal also has GCE A-Levels from the Roots School System Flagship Campus Islamabad from 2013 to 2015 and GCE O-Levels from Beaconhouse from 2007 to 2013.
